According to South Carolina, parents or guardians are permitted to homeschool in South Carolina. Homeschooling families must register with an accountability option to be compliant with the code of laws. SC Code of Laws Section 59-63-100 allows for participation in interscholastic activities of public school district by home school, charter school, and Governor's school students.
