Seneca area elementary school resource officer, Mike Thompson, recently sponsored a license plate contest for the three Seneca area elementary schools.  Justin Lee Mauldin, a fourth grader from Northside Elementary School, was chosen as the winner.  His license plate will be displayed on the front of Mr. Thompson's patrol car.
