The School District of Oconee County 4K program has a few available fee-based slots. These fee-based slots are a new option for parents of children that didn’t initially place into the School District of Oconee County’s CDEP 4K program. These slots will be available through a fee of $1500 and filled through a lottery system. Interested parents should contact the Early Learning office by calling 864-886-4503 no later than August 1, 2016.

Each attendance area (Seneca, Walhalla, Westminster), MAY have a few fee-based slots available. The exact number of fee-based slots will be determined after the last scheduled 4K screening on August 2, 2016. Fee-based slots MAY be available at the following schools:

Seneca Attendance Area
  • Northside Elementary
  • Ravenel Elementary
Walhalla Attendance Area
  • James M. Brown Elementary
  • Tamassee-Salem Elementary
Westminster Attendance Area
  • Westminster Elementary
Parents will be required to provide transportation, should their child attend at an alternate location for this fee-based program.
